As a group of friends we share a number of core values and hope that these will be evident in the events that we organise:

  • We are co-equals, all valued and respected equally.

  • We value and accept difference and variety and do not seek to impose our views on one another.

  • We accept that differences of opinion are inevitable and sometimes difficult and we are therefore committed to seeking to resolve conflict peacefully.

  • We avoid hierarchical thinking, labels and titles.

  • We are honest and open
